Private bedroom for one, with single bed, storage space, desk, 24” Roku TV, and fast, reliable WiFi, located in a safe, quiet, gated community with secure street parking. Shared bathroom, living, and dining areas kept in top condition. Light-use kitchenette: fridge (no freezer), microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Gas stove access available for a fee. Washer available for an extra charge. The space The bedroom is on the upper floor, next to the shared common areas. Street parking in front of the house is completely secure, within a private gated community with surveillance. Guest access Access is completely independent. Before your arrival, you’ll receive an instructional video that will guide you step by step to your room. During your stay During your stay, someone will usually be available if needed, as we live on the ground floor. You’ll have plenty of privacy, as you’ll rarely see us.
