CITQ Establishment Registration Number: 307437. This lakefront cottage offers a place to relax and recharge or to simply have FUN!! Enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing off the dock, exploring the lake by canoe or paddle boat during the day and camp fires and relaxing on the enclosed porch in the evenings! Country simplicity at its best! Come Enjoy! The space The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with a full size fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker (drip style), toaster and a blender. Bring your favorite board games and cards and gather for some fun in the spacious living room. There is also an older cassette style radio for your use. TV with Roku and DVD player available. Outdoor amenities include: BBQ, firepit, dock, canoe, paddle boat, plenty of chairs, and great swimming with gradual entry and a clean sandy bottom. There are 2 life jackets (adult size) at the cottage in case you forget your own. Send me a message should you have any questions! The cottage is a 3 minute drive into the cute little town of Otter Lake, where you can find 2 convenient stores, chip stand, dollar store, small restaurant, bakery/ice-cream etc... and a boat launch. Other things to note Weekly summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. Price is based on 6 guests. Any additional guests are extra. Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your bed sheets/blankets/towels/washcloths/soap/shampoo, etc. Guests may have visitors for small gatherings, but overnight guest are limited to the number registered.
