Jade Meadow: Comfy Queen between Berry & Nowra

You’ll love the peaceful vibe here! Nestled on a quiet no-through road, just a few minutes from the Princes Highway — only 11 minutes to Nowra and the historic town of Berry. Bomaderry is just 4 minutes away with supermarkets, cafés, takeaways, a bottle shop and petrol. The local Bowling Club is only 2 minutes down the road. Your comfy room comes with its own bathroom and you’re welcome to enjoy the pool area. Parking’s right out front, note outdoor areas are monitored by cameras for security. The space My property is a 4 bed, 2 bath single story house. Ample room for parking. I have a 14 year old son and no pets. Your room is a Queen room with a window overlooking the garden and neighbouring farmland with a mountain view. It boasts a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Guests are invited to enjoy shared spaces such as the outdoor dining area, egg chairs and a heated swimming pool (October to May). We are located between Nowra and the historic town of Berry, roughly 11kms each way. It is also easy access to Kangaroo Valley, the coastal areas and national parks. Guest access Queen bedroom Main bathroom down the hall Shared powder room next to the bathroom Shared kitchen until 9pm Shared dining room until 9pm Patio area with table and bench chairs, egg chairs, pool lounge chairs Garden area, clothes line Laundry room is available for access to the bathroom from the pool, you can put your laundry in the provided laundry hamper and leave it in the laundry the night before and I will do your washing for you for free and have it back folded the next day if not raining. I try to dry clothes outside as much as possible and avoid using the dryer. The washing machine and dryer are not for guest use. The lounge and office areas are not for guest use. During your stay I’m always happy to help with anything you need during your stay. I’m usually around the house, but if I’m out, you can call or message me anytime. If I’m at work, I might not reply straight away, but I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Other things to note We have security cameras around the property, at the front door, facing the driveway area, at the back garden facing the pool area and facing the outdoor patio area. For security only. Not suitable for pets as my son is allergic to dust and pet hair. Coby can be a little loud at times if he is gaming in his lounge and talking to friends on his headphones (not close to your bedroom) he is in bed Sun-Thurs at 9.30pm when it will be very quiet, weekends he can be a little noisier, if he’s too loud don’t hesitate to let me know and I’ll tell him to be quiet! You can park in the driveway close to the hedge so I can get my car in and out of the garage or on the road outside my house close to the letterbox. There is No Air Con in the bedroom however we do have Air Con in the dining room. There is also no heating in the bedroom however in winter we have a gas heater that is plugged into the hallway outside your room, if its very chilly I can put this on and if you leave your bedroom door open it will heat up pretty quickly.
