Located in the city center of Pont-du-Château, our apartment has just been renovated. Perfect for a family stay, or a vacation with friends. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It is close to all sights and amenities. Pont-du-Château is located 10-15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, very easily accessible. The space Listing features: - 2 bedrooms: one with a 140-cm double bed, the second with two 80-cm single beds that can be pushed together - Bright bathroom with large shower. The toilet is separate. - The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, microwave, range hood. Everything necessary for eating and cooking is provided. Also present: a coffee maker (dolce gusto), a kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine. A washing machine and lozenges are also available. The dining table can seat 4-6 people. - The living room is bright, with a meridian sofa and a SmartTV with different channels. Wifi is indicated in the apartment. A crib can be made available on request at least a day in advance.
