This spacious, 1 bed flat is perfect for your stay Bristol. A 30 min walk or 5 min drive from the centre, it’s also a short walk to the popular north street, football stadium and Ashton Court. Within the flat there’s a living room with a large sofa and dining table/chairs, it also has a study and workspace, a shower and bath in the bathroom, and a full kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge etc. The spacious master bedroom is open plan at the top, with a king size bed and TV/wardrobe space The space The flat is on the first and second floor of a terraced house, and has everything you need for a trip to Bristol. Located just outside of the centre on a quiet road, it offers a relaxed, quiet stay but is very centrally located. A 20 min taxi from the airport (or you can get the bus), 30 min walk to Bristol Temple Meads and a short walk from many attractions including Ashton Gate, Ashton Court, the city centre, North Street and more. The lounge is very spacious with lots of natural light, featuring a large sofa, table and chairs, as well as a bean bag and footstalls. There is a 50 inch smart tv complete with Freeview, Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime etc. it’s a great space which gets the sun in the afternoon making it light and airy. The study has a sofa bed to relax on or workspace if you need to do any work, with strong internet connection. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and sink, as well as toiletries and towels etc. The kitchen is recently new and is fully equipped, it has a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There will be tea, coffee, as well as milk, snacks and bagels/bread in the freezer with plenty of snack choices. Just help yourself! The master bedroom is upstairs, it’s open plan so please be careful going up the stairs. It’s a spacious room with a skylight, king size bed and plenty of storage/cupboard/wardrobe space. There is also a smart TV too. The flat is situated in the popular Southville area of Bristol, with lovely neighbours. Please do keep the noise down after 10pm. Thank you. Parking is completely free, it’s on the street outside, via a digital permit. I will just need your car registration before and then you can park anywhere nearby for the duration of your stay. There are usually quite a few spaces around but in rare occasions you may have to park on the next street (again for free). Note: Likely not suitable if allergic to cats. Guest access Entire Home Other things to note Please note there is a cat who lives here when I am living here (not when you stay), as this is my primary residence some of the time and is let out when I am not here or away for work/leisure. Though the space will be professionally cleaned it is not advisable to stay if you are allergic to cats. Thanks
