Welcome to our cozy summer cottage, a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and reconnect with nature. Nestled along the tranquil shores of Rolfe Pond, this charming property offers breathtaking views, a private dock, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Located minutes from the quaint town of Contoocook, a short drive will take you to a number of local attractions. Whether you're here to relax by the water, or to make lasting memories with loved ones, our cottage is the perfect getaway! The space This cozy seasonal cottage offers 3 bedrooms and an open living, kitchen, and dining area. Bedroom one offers views of the water and a queen bed. Bedroom two offers a queen bed and a view of the front walkway. Bedroom three is great for kids, with a twin bunk bed and adjoining full updated bathroom with rainfall shower. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, and you will find a coffee and bar area in the dining room to prepare your morning and evening beverages. The porch is a relaxing screened in dining and lounge space with views of the water, complete with a smart projector and screen for cozy movie nights and rainy days! Guest access Guest have access to the entire property, including a kayak and paddle boat. There is an assortment of life jackets available in the shed. Remote check-in is available with smart locks. Other things to note Our cottage draws its water from a well. Guests who are not accustomed to well water may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking. We do have water dispenser and a Brita pitcher in the fridge for guest use. The livingroom fireplace is decorative- it is no longer a working fireplace. Please feel free to utilize the outdoor fire pit. Please be sure to leave our home as you found it. Boats and Adirondack chairs should be properly stored before checkout. Please be sure that all trash is tied in bags before disposing in the bin- no loose trash items please, as they will not be picked up.
