There might be additional charges for early check-ins depending on the time of arrival. Contact the host for early check-in requests. CHECK-OUT ----------------------- -Late checkout without approval will result in a $75 fee every 30 mins. -Late checkout past 1 pm without approval will result in charging an automatic full-day rate and guests will not be able to stay for the night. -Please follow the checkout instructions. # OF GUESTS ---------------------- •⁠ ⁠Guests exceeding 16 must be approved by the host. •⁠ ⁠We welcome events. Events must be approved by the host. A fee will be applied depending on the number of people and the type of event. CLEANLINESS ---------------------- •⁠ ⁠We have a cleaning service, but common courtesy still applies. An extra cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left extremely untidy/messy/dirty or if the dishes are left uncleaned. •⁠ ⁠Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the guests used the grill and left it uncleaned. •⁠ ⁠An extra cleaning charge will be applied if guests leave trash in the yard. SURROUNDINGS ---------------------- -DO NOT pet/feed wild animals -DO NOT pet the animals -DO NOT enter the barn, greenhouse, or the well houses -DO NOT trespass on neighboring properties -NO Fireworks Permitted -NO Firearms -NO ATVs - DO NOT have acess to the RV park across the road POND ------------------- -Guests will have no Pond access -All fishing is catch and release only, make sure not to enter the pond GRILL - Propane & Coal --------------------- •⁠ ⁠Both grills are located inside the garage •⁠ ⁠Make sure to start the grill only 10ft away from the buildings and only on the concrete. •⁠ ⁠Propane will be provided, not sure what the propane level will be. You can swap out the propane at the nearby gas station. •⁠ ⁠We DO NOT provide the coal. •⁠ ⁠You are welcome to bring your own propane tank & Coal. •⁠ ⁠If the Coal grill is used, please take out the remaining coal and ashes after use. •⁠ ⁠Make sure you clean the grill after use, or else an extra cleaning fee will be charged. PETS --------------------- •⁠ ⁠Pets are allowed only with an extra charge of $50 per pet per night •⁠ ⁠No pets inside bedrooms nor on the furniture -Unreported pets will be charged $250 per pet per night. NO SMOKING --------------------- •⁠ ⁠Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home, a charge of $1000 will be applied for smoke remediation. •⁠ ⁠If smoking in the sunroom, patio, or outside, make sure to trash the remaining, and take care of the ashes. If not, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied.
