Relax in this 2 bedroom bungalow in a quiet, gated, laid-back beach community on Playa Grande, Costa Rica - a local’s surf favorite, pristine sand of Las Baulas National Park. You'll live mostly outdoors on the private terrace. A full kitchen open to the living space, a full bath and 2 king bedrooms. Follow the path through the landscaped gardens to the pool. A short walk to the beach with your favourite beverage and dinner on the BBQ or at one of the charming neighbourhood restaurants. The space Relax on the gracious terrace with your morning coffee, your afternoon cocktails or make quiet evenings on the terrace your bedtime routine. The large living room includes a sectional couch that could accommodate additional guests or children if needed. Extra bedding and baby equipment available upon request. Full kitchen and an outdoor gas grill with utensils and pots/pans provides ample cooking or visit any one of the many restaurants in the area. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower and double sinks and plenty of bath towels. Clean towels and bedding are available once a week or more often if you wish to arrange cleaning more than once a week. A laundry service can be arranged off site. Check your house manual for arranging. There is an amazon echo if you want to sign in for music. Most people prefer to bring their own music devices. The Smart TV has local cable or go through your own platforms for entertainment. Guest access The entire home is yours to use. There are closets and counters for clothes and gear, bedside tables and long counter space above your head for devices, books and toys. The kitchen is well stocked for a comfortable vacation. Please ensure your use the acrylic or non-breakable housewares outside and especially around the pool for obvious reasons. The lockbox on the terrace is a simple way to ensure security and all members have access to the home at all times. Ensure you are locking up any time you leave and at night while sleeping. Don't leave valuable items outside when you are away. Although we've never experienced it, petty theft is always possible.
