Your four-legged friends are not only tolerated, but also welcome. Our Moor Huus is located directly on a water property with its own dock and access to the water. Are you a proud boat owner? If so, you can "get into the sea" directly from the jetty with your boat! The house has about 85 square meters and can accommodate 4 people and leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy the summer evening in the beach chair in the garden, the fireplace provides warm winter days. On the ground floor you will find a super-equipped modern kitchen (including induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, blender) with adjoining dining and living area with fireplace and TV. There is also a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with walk-in shower, towel radiator, radio and hairdryer. A storage room with washer-dryer and various household helpers (drying rack, iron, ironing board, etc.) completes the ground floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm / 71" x 78") with single mattresses, a closet, and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm / 35 x 79 in) with a closet and a TV. Tiles are installed on the ground floor and vinyl floor upstairs (each with underfloor heating). All living rooms are equipped with pleated blinds, electric shutters, and fly screens. Important information for our "little" guests: travel cot, high chair and a stair gates are available free of charge and ensure your safety. So that you can make your way to Greetsiel, electricity is available in the garden shed to charge your brought e-bikes. To end the evening at the barbecue, a charcoal grill is at your disposal. The fire bowl in the garden creates the perfect flair on the water property. You can enjoy the sun on the furnished and covered terrace or on the garden loungers. Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi provided!
