Dear nature lovers, hikers and those seeking peace and quiet, Our apartment is ready to move in and we are looking forward to great guests! Here you will find an oasis of peace away from mass tourism. Casa Roca is a beautiful historic house in the traditional style of Gran Canaria. It is located on the top of the village of Fataga, overlooking the mountain landscape, the palm valley to the sea. The space Casa Roca was restored and newly furnished with the utmost care in 2024. The historical character of the house was preserved. The house is modern and rustic at the same time and is located on a rock that winds through the whole house. The apartment has a size of 73 square meters, two bedrooms with comfortable beds /box spring mattresses 160 x 200 cm and large closets. It is equipped with a kitchen and an accessible shower room. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. The quiet courtyard of the finca is planted with beautiful exotic plants, palm trees and cacti. There is a seating area with a parasol and an outdoor grill. Another terrace overlooking the Fataga Gorge is available. Children are welcome! There is the possibility of pony riding outside the villa (at extra cost) Guest access Casa Roca is located at the highest point of the village. It can be reached on foot through the historic center with its small alleys in about 3 minutes. Parking is available in the village itself, as well as a small grocery store, three restaurants and a gas station. Other things to note Welcome to Casa Roca Fataga. The house is run by us, the Giebel-Escalera family, and personal contact with our guests is important to us. Enjoy your stay in a place that offers you familiarity and privacy while giving you the feeling of being in a place that has many stories to tell. This place is surrounded by a fascinating nature reserve, volcanic gorges and is not far from the most beautiful beaches of Maspalomas. An important note for allergy sufferers: In Fataga, there are many stray cats that walk around on the roofs and wander through the properties.
