Relax with the whole family at this peaceful new camp. Welcome to East Grand, a private year round waterfront, boat docking on site, swimming, boating, fishing, and ATV. Winter ice fishing, skating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Plenty of parking. The space 1st. Floor Has a full kitchen, dining room seats 6 looking out to lake, living room area. Private queen size bed on 1st full, full bathroom with washer and dryer. 2nd floor is all open with 2 queen size beds, 4 twins, and sitting area looking out to lake. Large front porch. Large Driveway, private boat docking area, dock, swimming, fishing, fire pit, grill, lawn furniture. Other things to note We offer a variety of amenities to our guests: Starlink WI-Fi TV Boat Dock Grocery store, hardware store, and convenience store with gas and little restaurant 10 miles in Danforth. We are 30 miles to Houlton. All year long recreation this lake is huge and we are in a nice quiet cove. Do have neighbors so please be considerate. East Grand Lake is known for world class fishing, salmon, bass, lake trout. The ones in the picture was caught right in front of the camp. Accessible to Grand Lakers ATV Club & East Grand Snowmobile Club. If have dogs must be on leash when not on property, maximum of 2 dogs for an addition fee of $100.00 for your stay. Rentals have their own dock to use it is 16' long will add more sections if the water goes down. The owner maybe on the property to use their boat or jet ski which is docked on this property. Will park up by the road.
