Its practical and functional design makes it the perfect choice for students, professionals and travelers looking for comfort and quality. Guest access It is a studio apartment with no shared areas other than the parking lot and laundry area. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We are flexible at check-in time as long as we do not have a checkout scheduled for the same day. We are three blocks from the pavement, the main road that leads to UNAG. Other things to note We provide our guests with RTN and CAI billing. Eventually there may be power outages and we do not have an electric generator. * We have well water but if there is no power there is no water. For these (rare) situations we have a battery outside.
