You'll have access to the entire side of the duplex. This type of experience may not be what you are looking for and it’s not for everyone. The price reflects the location. The duplex is located within minutes from the area best attractions. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Anderson Japanese Gardens, BMO Harris Bank Center and the Coronado Theater. For the outdoors type, Rock Cut State Park is about a 20 minute drive. The bedrooms features a comfy queen size bed along with a 32" smart TV, and a closet. Sleep in on sunny mornings with the blackout drapes. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well. You will have access to a full service kitchen, and washer and dryer if your stay requires laundry. Guest access Within 48 hours of booking, signed agreement must be returned. On day of arrival, a personal entry code will be sent. Other things to note There is not a driveway at this location.
