Terracotta River Loft

This newly renovated space is centrally located, just 7 minutes from St. Mary's, CMMC, Bates College and downtown. Across the street from the Androscoggin River, guests enjoy a rejuvenating waterfront view with a small park. Terracotta River Loft is the second floor of a duplex, with a patio and washer and dryer available in the basement. Pets are considered but require an in-depth discussion as well as a deposit and cleaning fee. Other things to note I like to offer low rates while keeping the place as enjoyable and comfortable as it can possibly be. Because of this, my policy is that I only accept guests who have at least two 5-star reviews. Pets are allowed if we have discussed it and I’ve given you the okay ahead of time. I require a deep cleaning fee of $50-$250, depending on length of stay, how many pets and what kind, as well as a deposit depending on the same variables.
