Coffee, Decaf, Tea, Sugar, Creamer, & TP provided for short term stays if it gets used up during the stay guests will need to buy their own.. Monthly guests will need to do their own shopping. Plates, bowls, cups, glassses, cutlery, wine opener, pots pans, and potato peelers provided. Please don't steal our kitchen items. Some towels, washcloths, and soaps provided. Long Term guests must purchase their own. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. Front lawn and Porch as well. Please smoke outside. Other things to note Lets talk about Pets. I just finished renovationg the home and have had bad experiences with tenants locking pets in homes for days and letting them pee and poop on the floors. I had to rip poutn brand new floors and replace them because of this and am scared of this happening again. Please smoke outdoors.
