The space The house is set out over 3 floors, downstairs has a large modern open plan lounge with wood floors and a fully stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large dining table. The living area has two comfortable sofas, children's toys, a flatscreen TV and coffee table. There is a garden area that overlooks the fields at the rear. Upstairs has a large en-suite family loft room, another large family suite and a generous double bedroom, all of which are quiet and have countryside views. There is a large family bathroom and also an additional WC. The car park is shared with next door. Guest access Guests have access to one 2nd floor en-suite double bedroom, two 2nd floor bedrooms and the main bathroom, the living room kitchen and the garden if needed Other things to note We have super fast broadband throughout the house. We prioritise a good nights sleep for all, and ask that there is no noise after 9pm and no groups outside. There are no parties, gatherings of any kind at any time.
