It’s 4.5 miles (8–10 minutes) from the nearest Walmart & shopping mall! It’s also roughly 7 minutes from downtown. Come stay, settle in, & enjoy your brick retreat. The space This freshly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a cozy and stylish stay with all the comforts you need. One bedroom has a soft queen bed, while the other features a firmer full-size bed—ideal for different sleep preferences. Both rooms include closet space for your belongings. The open-concept living room and kitchen provide a spacious and welcoming area to relax, dine, or catch up on your favorite shows. The built-in bar-style dining table seats up to 7. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, toaster, microwave, stove, and refrigerator for easy meal prep. A front-load washer and dryer are also available in the laundry room. Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms and closets, hallway, hallway closet, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Please do not enter any locked doors, as they are for owner use. You’ll still enjoy a peaceful stay with minimal disturbances. Guest access Guests have full access to both bedrooms and their closets, the hallway and hallway closet, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Please do not enter any locked rooms, as they are reserved for owner use. Other things to note •No pets allowed. •No smoking/vaping inside and no illegal substances allowed. • Parties and events are not permitted. •No unregistered guests or strangers should be on the property. •Total occupancy must not exceed the limit stated in the listing unless approved by us. •Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our neighbors. Also, for everyone’s safety and security, please be aware that there are exterior security cameras on the property. Need anything?
