It is positioned on the top of a hill, with a panoramic view of the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains, the Postavarul peak and all the hills in Poiana Mărului. The area is very quiet, with no other houses nearby, suitable for walks in the woods and hills, both on foot and by bike. It has an open structure, composed on the ground floor of a large living room with an extendable sofa, table, TV, fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom and upstairs a double bed. Other things to note It is located on the top of a hill, 5 km from the center of the town. The last 2 km is on a cobbled road. 400 meters ahead there is a steeper slope, where in winter with snow it requires a 4x4 car or anti-skid chains.
