This house, located in a very peaceful district of La Rochelle, was entirely renovated in 2011, mixing the charm of vintage and modernism. It is equipped with recent furniture and equipment. The Poppy themed bedroom has a double configuration, either with a double bed (160x200) or twin beds (80x200) according to your requirement. Young children are welcome. The parents will find all of the necessary equipment : baby bed, bath-tub, dishes, high chair, potty or toilet reducer as well as a ball pool and toys adapted for older kids. The swimming pool, heated up to 28°C or 82°F, is fully accessible and located in a closed independent space. The holidaymakers and the owners access the pool from each side of their respective garden by a gate. It is equipped with 6 sunbaths and 2 benches with pillows and umbrellas. The garage allows storage for the bikes and/or a trailer. The car can be safely parked in the street right in front of the house.
