No more hassle with keys! Other things to note 🩵 Regarding Reservation 🩵 • In booking our home, we require you to submit valid government IDs for security purposes. Your IDs will be sent to the HOA with the move-in and move-out clearances. • We uphold our cancellation policy. Please see how our cancellation policy works. 🩵 Fees and pricing 🩵 • The nightly rate covers 4 guests. An additional guest fee of ₱350 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests, will apply. If the number of guests exceeds 5, you won’t be accommodated as the admin strictly implements up to 5 guests for 2BR units. • We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to approval, with a corresponding fee of ₱300 per hour. • Paid parking is subject to availability and is ₱350/night. 🩵 House rules 🩵 • Strictly NO parties, events, and other large gatherings. Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am • No smoking inside the unit, especially in the bedrooms! A penalty of ₱1,000 for violating this rule! • Pets are allowed in our home, but please do not let them on the furniture to avoid damage. Any damages found are subject to AirCover filing and will be charged to you. • Swimming pool is open 8 am to 10 pm, from Tuesday to Saturday. Kindly note that the swimming pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance day while Sundays and Holidays are exclusive for homeowners' use. • UPDATE: Gym amenity is no longer available. We won’t be able to provide a gym pass because only unit owners can use the gym.
