This independent house will seduce you with the warm combination of wood and stone. Located in a small wine village, very quiet. Fully enclosed plot, 2 outdoor parking spaces. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160*200) and the other 2 with each 2 single beds (90*190), a bathroom with shower and WC. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds (in season) and barbecue. All fully enclosed. Two private outdoor parking spots. Linen and towels provided for the stay (1 large towel / person). On request: baby equipment available (high chair and crib) Bike/motorcycle storage available (shared with another gîte): only on request Pets allowed Guest access The entire property is available during the stay. Accessible parking in front of the gite, 2 spots. No steps to access the home. Wheelchair access ramp, wide front door (approx. 1m) Other things to note On-site reception, but key box access if I am unavailable or if check-in times are late. The gîte is accessible to people with disabilities in wheelchairs: paved outdoor access path and access ramp possible (with assistance), wide entrance door (approx. 1 m), ground floor with sofa bed, large toilet and shower room.
