Shared amenities/common areas include: Laundry Room/Kitchen and fast Wi-Fi Internet! Great choice for long term bookings. You may modify your stay for more or less time as needed. (Airbnb only charges for actual nights stayed and never more than one month at a time.) The space Not your typical Airbnb rental. This is a ground-level bedroom in a newer construction townhouse. If your main focus is a private/bath, and shared kitchen/laundry, it should meet all the practical needs of your stay.
