Relax and experience all the Delaware beaches have to offer in this Cozy, luxurious retreat nestled right outside of downtown Lewes. Centrally located east of route 1- Easy access biking trails, beaches, shops, parks, trails, restaurants and more! Townhome is located in the peaceful Waterfront Preserve neighborhood, you will be tucked away and surrounded by beautiful scenery- backing a wooded area with Canary creek close by. This home includes a wellness area for added value and luxury. The space 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom townhouse in Lewes Waterfront Preserve. On the ground floor is the master en-suite with walk in closet, a living room area with big screen smart TV, with a door leading to the Deck and balcony outside which faces the woods and back yard. Gourmet kitchen features an island, Gas range stovetop, oven and microwave. Attached is the dining area and bar seating at the island. Powder room and washer/dryer available, as well as a pantry. On the second floor is a spacious living room and an office area, should you need to use it on your vacation. There are 3 bedrooms- a queen bedroom with attached balcony and walk-in closet, a queen en-suite, and bedroom with 2 twin beds and large walk in closet. Full bathroom is available for both rooms to share. In the basement is a wellness/spa area equipped with a sauna, Light therapy, salt lamps, and basic fitness equipment for your enjoyment. The downstairs living room features a comfortable, boneless couch, a bean bag, and big screen smart TV. Another queen en-suite has an egress window and overlooks the backyard and woods. We have a filtration system so you will enjoy filtered water throughout the entire home. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed- HOA rules. Dogs must be attended at all times and must be registered, licensed, and inoculated. And must be carried or leashed when outside. The following dog breeds are restricted- Pit Bull-type dogs, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, and Wolf-hybrids. Guest access You have full access to the house except for the owners closet which contains owner’s personal storage. Other things to note Monday is recycling and trash on Tuesday. Please put it out on those days. Please note that there will be security cameras in the *Outside* areas- doorbell, garage and back yard area. If you move the furniture, please move it back to its original place to avoid any additional fees that will be charged for moving costs. If any issues arise during your stay please let us know right away so we can address any repairs in a timely manner. We allow children but we do not have a crib, baby gate, or child proofing. It does have hot water- there was a glitch saying that there was no hot water available.
