Recently renovated, this stone and wood residence reflects the typical local architecture, offering you an authentic and evocative stay. The space 🛏 Your room A bright double room awaits you, equipped with a wardrobe, desk and a charming balcony with panoramic views of the village and the surrounding mountains. A perfect corner to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. 🚿 Bathrooms and shared spaces There is another room for rent in the house, but each room has a private bathroom (toilet and shower), ensuring privacy and comfort. The laundry area and sink are shared. The bathrooms are located in the hallway, easily accessible from the rooms. 🍽 Kitchen and living area On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen-living room shared with the guests of the other room (maximum 2 people). The kitchen is fully equipped and at your disposal to prepare tasty meals. 🌞 Outdoor space Outside, a large courtyard awaits you, perfect for enjoying beautiful days with deck chairs and a table for outdoor lunches and dinners. Thanks to the excellent southern exposure, the house is always flooded with light and kissed by the sun. Come and discover the charm and tranquility of this corner of paradise! 🌿✨ Guest access 🚶‍♂️ How to get to the house Access to our home is an authentic mountain living experience! It is not possible to arrive directly by car, but this detail helps to keep the magic and tranquility of the place intact. You have two options to reach us: 1️⃣ Through the old village – You can park in the village square, about a 5-10 minute walk. The route will take you to discover the historical part of the village and, after a short climb of about 100 meters, you will arrive directly in the courtyard of the house. 2️⃣ From the reserved parking lot – If you prefer, you can leave your car in our dedicated parking lot, located about 200 meters from the house. From here, a pleasant descent will lead you to the entrance. 📦 Luggage transport If you have a lot of luggage, you can get closer to the house via an access road for unloading. After leaving your luggage, you will need to move the car to the reserved parking lot. We are sure that this little walk will add a special touch to your experience, immersing you right away in the authentic beauty of the mountain! ⛰✨ During your stay 🤝 Interaction with guests We are happy to welcome you and will do our best to make your stay special! We are available for advice on excursions, restaurants and activities in the area, but we also respect your privacy: you will be free to enjoy the house and your time in total autonomy. We live nearby and, if you need anything, we will always be available to help you.
