La Casa di Anna: Lake Maggiore area. Private Beach

The comfort of accommodation in the historic center with a private beach on Lake Monate. Comabbio is a quiet village located on the shore of two lakes: Lake Comabbio with its 12 km cycle and pedestrian path and Lake Monate with its calm and crystal clear waters where you can swim and sunbathe on the private beach available to guests of the CASA DI ANNA. The beach is about 1.5 km from my place. The space My house has an area of over 100 square meters and is on two levels. On the first floor, you will find a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a TV, and a bathroom with an attached laundry room. On the second floor, there are the other two bedrooms: the bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed with a square and a half; the second bedroom with two single beds; bathroom complete with bidet and shower/bathtub. Guest access Guests can enjoy free access to Lake Monate where they can sunbathe and swim in the calm, crystal clear waters or relax in the shade of the trees. The beach is about 1.5 km from Anna's House and is not equipped with services (water, electricity, toilet). Lake Monate offers other beaches equipped for a fee. Other things to note The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but there are convenient free parking lots just a few meters away. Possibility of charging electric vehicles in the parking lot adjacent to the playground (about 50 m away) From my accommodation you can easily reach the 12 km cycle/pedestrian path that surrounds Lake Comabbio, where you can admire the lake vegetation and see wild animals (swans, herons, ducks, wild rabbits, etc.).
