Welcome to our enchanting 4-bedroom villa, in the heart of an acre surrounded by majestic mango trees. At its heart lies a swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips or simply lounging by the water while soaking up the serene ambiance. A quaint lawn adds to the charm, creating a space to gather, laugh, and make memories. For the music lovers—and bathroom singers alike—our dedicated karaoke room is a highlight, complete with a TV, speakers, and microphones to belt out your favorite tunes. The space 3 +1 (3 Ensuite BEDROOMS + 1 NON-ENSUITE) These are well furnished and cozy rooms, 3 on the ground floor and one on the first floor. These rooms offers amenities like AC, wardrobe, ensuite bathrooms, beds, sofa-cum-bed, wifi to ensure a comfortable stay. The Bathrooms are equipped with geysers, showers and toiletries. 1 LIVING ROOMS This tastefully designed living room is set on the ground floor and can easily sit up to 12 people. It offers wifi access, TV, AC and dining space along with an attached open planned kitchen perfect to indulge in some food. This living room also includes a common bathroom for everyone to use. These also have sofa cum beds to accommodate more people if needed. KITCHEN Guests can use the kitchen for reheating purposes or making tea/coffee. (chai patti/tea bags/coffee bags will be provided). It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, hot/cold purified water dispenser. Crockery and cutlery available. POOL This is a clean, private pool 28 x 18 ft. with a 4.5 to 5 ft. depth. Whether you're soaking up the sun by the poolside or enjoying a refreshing swim, the space promises a blend of relaxation and enjoyment. To elevate the experience, we can arrange an outdoor speaker, letting you groove to your favourite tunes or unwind with soothing melodies as you bask in the refreshing water. KAROKE ROOM Highlight of our stay, our standalone karaoke room is perfect for showcasing your singing talent and passion. This thoughtfully curated space is equipped with everything you need for a lively musical experience: 2 ACs to keep you cool, a TV (Use mobile YouTube to cast songs), two powerful speakers connected to 2 microphones, and a music set for fine-tuning the audio to perfection. To ensure your comfort, the room also features a small refrigerator for keeping beverages chilled and a water dispenser to stay hydrated during those long jam sessions. Spacious enough to accommodate up to 12 people, it’s the ideal spot for unforgettable sing-alongs, group gatherings, or simply indulging your inner rock star. FOOD Consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed. Food can be made available to choose from a dedicated set menu and advanced notice to us. Freshly homely cooked food will be provided by our caretaker who lives separately in staff quarters separate from the villa. Guest access The whole farm house is accessible. Other things to note HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are few things we’d like to mention to ensure no unpleasant surprises. 1. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes only. 2. The care taker stays on the premises but separately in the staff quarters away from the villa and near the main gate. (Care taker available 8am to 10pm) 3. Guests are advices to shut the windows and door in evenings, especially during monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. 4. No smoking allowed inside the house, only balcony or outside area. (Will be fined) 5. Guests can stay connected with complimentary wifi throughout the property. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 6. Do not pluck flowers, fruits in property (Will be fined). 7. 2 Dogs on property, fully vaccinated and leashed. 8. ONLY FAMILIES ALLOWED.
