The space The double room offers cozy and comfortable amenities for a relaxing stay: • Sleeping area: A high-quality double bed with cozy, allergy-friendly bedding and pillows ensures a good night's sleep. The room is cleaned with the HYLA air and room cleaning system – also ideal for allergy sufferers. • Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer and fresh towels - perfectly maintained for your comfort. • Entertainment: A flat-screen TV provides entertainment during your stay • Internet: Free, comprehensive WiFi for an optimal connection. • Room climate: Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth and a cozy ambience. • Parking: Free parking right by the house is available for your vehicle. • Additional offer: Feel free to use our communal tea and coffee kitchen, where you will find a selection of tea and coffee that you can enjoy free of charge. A comfortable double room that is perfect for relaxing days! Other things to note Bed sheets and towels are available and can be changed for an additional charge if needed. For stays longer than 7 days, you will receive fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning free of charge. We offer a bread service that can be booked directly at the property. The Waldhart bakery delivers fresh products to our doorstep every day. There is a lounge at your disposal. There you can make tea and coffee for free. The tourist office charges a tourist tax of €3 per day per guest. This is to be paid directly at the property!! Guests can request the Innsbruck Guest Card with many advantages in the region for stays of 2 days or more. Sustainability in 1494 For us, sustainability means taking responsibility – for a centuries-old house, for the nature around us and for the generations to come. When renovating the 1494, it was therefore particularly important to us not only to preserve the old, but also to rely on future-oriented technologies. Today, the house is heated with air heat pumps, and through our photovoltaic systems with storage, we use the power of the sun. This is how we manage to reduce energy consumption and almost completely avoid CO₂ emissions. For you as guests, this means a stay full of comfort, warmth and coziness – and at the same time a good feeling of contributing to climate protection while on vacation.
