THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes WiFi, TV electric kettle and a separate sitting area. Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes WiFi, TV electric kettle and a separate sitting area. Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes WiFi, TV electric kettle and a separate sitting area. Ensuite Bathroom BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. DINING AREA AND VERANDAH There is a separate dining area. It provides comfortable seating for up to 10 people. There is a big veranda on all three sides that can accommodate 10-15 guests, overlooking the coffee plantations. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a beautiful 700 sq. ft. lawn, ideal for outdoor activities. It can seat up to 10 people. Guest access Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Breakfast is complimentary. Breakfast will be served till 10:00 am. - Lunch can be arranged from nearby restaurants on request. Most restaurants are located between 7 -30 km from the property. - Dinner is served at an additional cost of Rs 450 per person, however, starters will be charged extra. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 300 per session. - *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
