Book your stay and experience the magic of the Southern Highlands! *When booking the main house there will be no other bookings on the property at the same time. *Small dogs may be considered, please message us first, our fencing is NOT dog proof this is why we don't generally allow dogs - a pet cleaning fee will apply *IMPORTANT SPA INFORMATION: due to having to change the spa water after the past few bookings and this costing us time and money as well as potentially effecting our next guest's, we will now send a photo on the day of check in of the quality of the spa water, this is what it needs to look like upon check out, if it is required for a full dump and refill you will be charged a $200 fee as this takes hours out of our time. We are on tank water and can't be dumping and refilling after each guest. We do a dump and refill approx. every 4-6 weeks. WE HAVE FOUND FAKE TAN AND SUNSCREEN HAS MAJOR EFFECT ON WATER QUALITY CAUSING WATER TO GO CLOUDY AND REQUIRE A DUMP *Please see our other listing for the main house + cottage which can sleep an additional 5 guests and 2 bathrooms. Guest access We do not allow guests to enter any paddocks. Other things to note Please note: We may need to access our property during your stay to attend to the animals, we will let you know if we plan on coming. The alpaca's are friendly but please be warned they can spit, please do not go into the paddock with them as the can also kick and jump and doing this may result in serious injuries.
