Apartment on the first floor of a small condominium with four apartments, in the city center, 10 min on foot from the train station. Just renovated, the kitchen, bathroom and bedding are new and of very good quality. Sheets and towels are provided. The bed will be made with ironed sheets, the floor will be mopped before your arrival, and the bathrooms will be disinfected. We place great importance on cleanliness. The TV gives access to Netflix Premium, and comics and games are available. The space The 31 m2 apartment consists of an entrance, a bedroom/living room, a kitchen equipped with a microwave (no oven), a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Guests have the use of two coffee machines: filter and Nespresso. The apartment is a stone's throw away from the city center on a quiet little street. It's not always easy to park nearby, free spots are available a 10-minute walk along the Clain boulevard de Chasseigne. Guest access Access is via a lockbox, the code is sent the day before. We live right next door and can also host you. Other things to note The apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
