The space • Private garden: Direct access to your own small garden – ideal for relaxing. • Modern amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a cozy living room with two sofas and a small, comfortable workplace. • Comfortable bedroom: 160 cm wide bed and wardrobe for storing clothes. • Quiet & nature: The location on the edge of the forest is perfect for nature lovers and for outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Various golf courses are located in nearby Alsace within a short driving distance. • Good connection: public transport is just a 7-minute walk away. By tram you can reach Basel in 30 minutes without changing trains, the SBB station can be reached in 39 minutes without changing trains. • Convenient shopping: A small village shop for everyday needs is within an 8-minute walk. In 5–10 minutes by car, you'll be in larger municipalities of the Leimental with various shops. • Additional amenities: Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge on request in the laundry room. No TV in the apartment, but fast internet. • Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area/garden. Pets are welcome. Travel cot and high chair for children available on request. • Unique experience: Exclusive experiences with birds of prey such as falcons and buzzards can be booked optionally. Guests receive a 20% discount on our group rates (group max. 6 people): CHF 200 instead of CHF 250 for a Hawk Walk (40-60 min) and CHF 400 instead of CHF 500 for the Falconry Deluxe Experience (80-100 min). Prices are flat rate for a group of 1-6 people, please ask for details.
