The space We are a friendly family of four—my husband, our two university-aged children, and myself—living in a cozy four-bedroom cottage. We’d love to share our home with a guest who appreciates a peaceful and welcoming environment. About Your Room: Your private room is a comfortable single room featuring a king single bed, a bedside table, a two-door wardrobe, a split air conditioner, a 45L bar fridge, and a desk with a chair—perfect for work or study. Shared Spaces: Dining area & fully equipped kitchen: Includes a toaster, microwave, espresso machine, fridge, oven, and all essential cookware. While we don’t have a dishwasher, we kindly ask guests to clean up after themselves. Basic food items such as bread, spreads, milk, cereals, coffee, tea, and spices are available for your use. Bathroom & extra separate toilet: Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Laundry area: Equipped with a washing machine and a dryer (available in winter or rainy weather), along with detergent and fabric softener. Location & Nearby Amenities: Our home is just a 15-minute walk to Klemzig O-Bahn station, where you can catch a bus that gets you into the city in just 10 minutes. Generally, I can give you a lift to the station if you don’t want to walk. Linear Park is only a 5-minute walk away, offering beautiful walking and biking trails—perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Our home is a quiet retreat—we don’t watch TV, but we enjoy spending time in the garden, appreciating the plants and visiting birds. If you love nature and a peaceful atmosphere, you may find this just as delightful! Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except the three other bedrooms. During your stay I work in the afternoons and am usually at home in the mornings. During your stay, you can contact me in person, via the Airbnb app, or in case of an emergency, please call my mobile number. Other things to note We strive to keep our home clean and comfortable during your stay. However, daily room cleaning is not provided. We appreciate your help in keeping your space tidy and returning the room in a clean condition upon departure.
