The space Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 - Spacious and bright, featuring a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. - Bedroom 2 - Large room with queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers with adjoining bathroom with a shower. - Bedroom 3 - One wide bed and one single bed. Perfect for the smaller family or the kids. - Bedroom 4 - Separate space with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 5 - Sofa bed, double or as two separate beds, with sliding doors to Bedroom 1. Gives flexibility as a family room. All bedrooms with fresh linens, towels, storage space, and interior wooden shutters for restful sleep. Bathrooms - Bathroom 1 - Ensuite with Bedroom 1. Area with sofa and lounge chairs for long discussions. - Living room 2, Cozy space with fireplace - ideal for reading, relaxing, and socializing. Sofa bed that can act as Bedroom 4. - Library, proper desk for working with a great view over the pool area. - Exercise area, next to the library, is a small area with some exercise equipment and a chill-out zone with a small TV and video console. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, patio, BBQ area, and garden. The Old House – Closed off for safety reasons and not in use. We kindly ask guests to respect these restricted areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Other things to note It is our private house (that we just renovated!), so treat it as if it were your own ❤️ - Not for parties nor events. Small pets on request! - Direct access to the pool, to have in mind if traveling with toddlers. The village You'll enjoy the quietness of a Spanish village, with a lot of cultural activities (Carnival feb/march, Festa Major last week of august) A minute by foot away you'll find a small supermarket with the necessities & freshly baked bread, a pastry shop, a coffee shop and two smaller restaurants. By car, there are many more restaurants to explore. Things to do around: 10 min drive to the beaches of the Golden Coast - Costa Dorada and to enjoy a wide range of activities (Karting, Aqualand), or if you prefer a 22 minute drive to vibrant coastal town Sitges. You can also explore the region on the next-door walking, biking or hiking trails. You’ll be staying in the wine district Baix Penedes: - walking distance to the natural wine vineyard Mas Perdut, or a 10-min drive to Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm. - World-renowned Cava wine yards are only a 30-min drive away (Freixenet, Anna Cordinu, Vilarnau and Torres) or - 1h drive to the red wine district Priorat, in lush green hills.
