To respect our community, please refrain from loud conversations or noise outdoors after 7:00 PM. Use of the garden (including BBQ and gatherings) is permitted until 7:00 PM only. Speakers, outdoor music, and karaoke are strictly prohibited at all times to maintain a peaceful environment. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the garden, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 7:00 PM. 🗑 Trash Separation Please separate your waste according to local regulations. Full details are provided in the house manual. 🚫 Restricted Areas Do not enter the forested area outside the property boundary. 🌵 Cactus Garden Safety The dry garden contains cactus plants with sharp spines. Please be careful and supervise children at all times. 🪜 Loft Safety When using the loft ladder, always hold the handrail firmly and climb down facing the ladder (the same direction as when you climbed up).
