The space This cozy little gem is small in size but big on charm, updated with all the mod cons while maintaining its original character. Perfect for families and pets! The two bedrooms are bright and comfy. The master bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe, and the second bedroom is a fun kids’ room with bunk beds that sleep three, and tons of space to play! Need a quiet moment? Head over to the library nook with some books from our book swap. Or work from home in the dedicated work space! Stay comfy all year round with reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans that keep the house nice and cool or warm, depending on the weather! The kitchen is small but mighty. It's got a full size oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge, Smeg kettle and toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware for all your cooking needs. Enjoy your meals in the dining area for four, or kick back and relax in the epic outdoor patio. The backyard is perfect for the whole extended family (and maybe a couple of friends). With hanging swings, an egg chair, two three-seater sofas, and a big screen TV where you can mirror your phone to watch movies or TV, there’s no shortage of chill vibes. Or, just hang out while the kids enjoy the swings. For convenience, there’s a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer. We provide linen, towels, kitchenware, and all the basic cooking essentials to make your stay easy-breezy. There is free, unmetered on-street parking right outside. The street can be a little busy between 8am and 3pm, but after work hours, parking is a lot easier, and you’ll have space for two vehicles right in front. Guest access Access is via self-check in and a key safe. The code and check-in details will be shared with you 24 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note Pets: We love pets and happily welcome them! We provide dog beds, toys, food/water bowls, and a safe, enclosed yard for your furry friends to enjoy. We get it, bringing your pet on holiday is a must! Just a heads up, we ask that you follow the house rule and clean up after your pets. If there’s any pet fur left in the house or on the bedding, a $85 cleaning fee will be charged. Any poo left in the yard a seperate $85 cleaning fee will be charged. These costs come direct from our cleaning team which will be passed on to guests. **Please let us know when booking if you’ll be bringing your pet it is $50 per pet. The side fences are a little above waist-height, which works for most pets, but if your dog is a jumper, it could be a concern. Parking: Maryville is a lively mix of cool lofts, vintage homes, and office spaces. Parking can be tricky between 8am-3pm, but don’t worry—you’ll have no trouble parking right in front of the house after 3pm or on weekends. Security camera at entry: Your safety and security are our top priority. We have a motion-detecting security camera at the property entrance to keep an eye on things. Parties: We know the large patio is tempting for a party, but we don’t allow them here. That said, you’re more than welcome to host a small gathering (under 10 people in total). Just remember, the max number of overnight guests is 5.
