Within walking distance are all the most essential services. This charming city apartment has a functional kitchen-living room for lounging and cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, spacious fridge-freezer, efficient stove and oven, and a microwave. The living room has a 40" cable full HD, as well as an accessory to a Google TV-covered Chromecast to catch up with your own streaming services. In a dark, separate bedroom, you'll sleep in a Yankee couple bed. In the living room, if needed, a sofa bed (124x195) sleeps a couple of people (1 adult or 2 children). On request, a children's travel crib with bedding for the smallest guests in the family. There is no high chair. Quite spacious, gorgeously retro, the bathroom has everything required for bathing and lovely washing products, not to mention the rustic mosaic floor and big mirror. In my trust you will also find fragrance-free, allergy-labeled laundry options for sensitive users. A washing machine is available. Choices have been made to make the apartment responsibly and sustainably, without forgetting comfort. Here you will stay comfortably and privately in a peaceful and quiet house right in the heart of the country town close to everything. Guest access The entire apartment is available. Only a small storage room is for private use. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for temporary accommodation and a comfortable place to stay for those looking for a place to stay. Welcome are (work) travelers, passers-by and gig workers, all those who need a short or slightly longer effortless and homely stay. Feel free to ask for longer rental periods as well. Nearby Ypäjä Horse Institute 17km, Alastaro Motor Speedway 32km, Oripää Airport 20km Attention families with children; also ask for mattress places, as the spacious living room can accommodate up to 2 mattress places in addition to the sofa bed. Additional guests must always be notified, as mattresses are not available in the apartment otherwise. Children's travel cot available on request (extra charge 10e, includes mattress, bed linen and towel). SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the apartment, on the balcony and on the ventilation balcony of the staircase. This is a non-smoking housing association. A marked smoking area can be found in the yard at the end of the carport.
