Guest access Guests have full access to the entire space throughout their stay. However, in certain circumstances, such as emergencies, organizing parties, or receiving complaints from neighbors, our team may need to enter the home. This can happen especially when guests are not available. We want to assure you that we will do our best to notify you in advance in the event of such situations. Other things to note • We require that each reservation includes the correct number of guests, whether they stay for the entire stay or only part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise. • Please note that because the building has only 4 floors, it does not have an elevator, so guests must use the stairs to the apartment. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. for photo shoots), please let us know in advance the details of your use of the property, as terms and prices may vary.
