Each experience is reserved exclusively for the guests of the Refuge and is carefully organized, respecting the tranquility of the place and the well-being of the animals. All experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. To allow us to prepare every detail with due care, we recommend making a reservation before arrival. Requests made during the stay can only be accommodated based on the availability of the host, the spaces, and the weather conditions. All prices quoted include VAT. THE WELLNESS RITUAL Two hours dedicated exclusively to you. Treat yourself to an experience of authentic relaxation in our private SPA, reserved exclusively for couples. Let yourself be enveloped by the warmth of the Turkish bath, breathe in the special atmosphere created by the Himalayan salt wall, and rejuvenate yourself with the sensory shower. Inside the wellness area, you will also find a small and cozy Fitness Corner, designed for those who want to dedicate some time to exercise even during their stay. Duration: 2 hours Experience fee: €150 per couple, including VAT JACUZZI UNDER THE STARS The luxury of stopping time. Immerse yourself in the hot water of the panoramic hot tub and let the tranquility of the Haven envelop you. An intimate moment to be enjoyed as a couple, surrounded by the silence of nature and the evocative view of the hills and the evening lights. The Jacuzzi is prepared and reserved exclusively for guests who have booked the experience. The experience includes • exclusive use of the panoramic hot tub; • preparation of the jacuzzi; • soft lighting; • relaxing atmosphere; • bathrobes, if available in the provided equipment. Duration: 1 hour Experience fee: €100 per couple, including VAT The experience is subject to weather conditions and the safety provisions indicated by the host. WELLNESS TOUR Wellness in its most complete form. The Wellness Program brings together the two most relaxing experiences at the Haven. You will start with two hours inside the private spa, including a Turkish bath, Himalayan salt wall, sensory shower and Fitness Corner. You will complete your moment of wellness with an hour in the panoramic Jacuzzi, reserved exclusively for the couple. The journey includes • 2 hours of private spa; • steam room; • Himalayan salt wall; • sensory shower; • Fitness Area; • 1 hour in the panoramic Jacuzzi; • Exclusive use of the spaces during the agreed hours. Total duration: 3 hours Experience fee: €180 per couple, including VAT By purchasing the Wellness Package, the couple benefits from a special rate compared to booking the two experiences separately. The times for using the spa and the hot tub will be agreed upon with the host and can also be scheduled at different times of the day. THE EMBRACE OF THE MINI PONIES An authentic moment to experience, a memory to carry in your heart. In a private corner of the Refuge, you can experience a special encounter with our mini ponies, Brioscia and Bombolone. During the experience, you will be accompanied by the host and will be able to get to know the mini ponies up close, learn about their character and habits, and pet and brush them. It will be a simple and authentic moment, designed to slow down, smile, and rediscover the beauty of contact with animals. The experience also includes some souvenir photographs taken with the guests' smartphones. The experience includes • private encounter with the mini ponies; • presence and accompaniment of the host; • presentation of Brioscia and Bombolone; • time for contact and interaction; • pampering and brushing; • souvenir photos with guests' smartphones; • use of the area dedicated to the experience. Duration: 45 minutes Experience fee: €80 per couple, including VAT The experience takes place exclusively with the host present. To protect the well-being of the mini ponies, the method and duration of the interaction may be adapted based on their condition, the weather conditions, and the needs of the moment. Entering their spaces independently or offering food without permission is not allowed. ROMANTIC ESCAPE An atmosphere that speaks of love. Surprise the person you love with a romantic welcome prepared before your arrival. The Rifugio will be set up with small details designed to create an intimate atmosphere and make an anniversary, a birthday, a special occasion, or a couple's stay even more special. The experience includes • romantic room setup; • decorative petals; • LED candles; • soft lighting; • relaxing music; • personalized message upon request. Experience fee: €70, including VAT The personalized message must be communicated to the host at the time of booking. Any additional requests, such as flowers, special decorations, or other personalized items, will be evaluated separately and may incur an additional fee. LOCAL WINES A journey through the scents and flavors of Lake Maggiore. For those who want to discover local delicacies, we can provide information and directions for a tasting at a selected local winery. Among vineyards, scents, and traditions, you can discover an authentic part of Lake Maggiore and its history. The tasting takes place directly at the winery and must be booked in advance. Price and availability: to be agreed upon directly based on the chosen proposal. WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING More time to enjoy your stay. A laundry service is available on request, designed for those who are staying for several days or who want more convenience during their stay. The service is priced based on the quantity and type of garments. Price: provided upon request. The service must be arranged in advance with the host. A TASTE OF THE TERRITORY The Refuge as a starting point. You and Me – Rifugio nel Benessere is located in Angera, in an ideal location to explore Lake Maggiore and its surroundings. During your stay, you can visit: • the historic center of Angera; • the Rocca di Angera; • the lakefront; • the villages of Lake Maggiore; • Arona; • Stresa; • the Borromean Islands; • local wineries and producers; • selected restaurants; • scenic routes and characteristic locations in the area. We will be happy to suggest places, restaurants, and experiences based on your interests and the time you have available. Guest access Access to the lodge is allowed by car up to the parking lot. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to open the automatic gate and you will have a reserved parking space inside the estate. The small cottage is located about 50 meters from the parking lot and can only be reached on foot by crossing the lawn, immersed in the nature and tranquility of the garden.
