For your relaxation, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a 43-inch Smart Monitor await you with numerous entertainment programs. 🛏️The two bedrooms, one intimate and romantic, the other more spacious and comfortable, will welcome you, guaranteeing maximum comfort and a very intimate and warm atmosphere. 🍳The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods, refrigerator and a small freezer, and it will give you a wonderful view of the roofs of the medieval village. 🚿 The bathroom has a comfortable shower with a glass enclosure, a toilet, a washbasin and a bidet, and is equipped with a washing machine, a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and intimate soap. The decor combines ancient and modern elements to make you feel at home. Silence is one of the important features of the house that thanks to the triple layer fixtures enjoys an efficient acoustic and thermal insulation. 🔒All windows are equipped with anti-fall safety systems that together with the armored entrance door will ensure you stay in a safe and secure environment. ❄️The state-of-the-art Mitsubishi air conditioning system, equipped with 3 splits, will give you the opportunity to decide the most comfortable temperature in every room. 🌐 Wi-Fi is fast and free. Thanks to the fiber optic connection, you can comfortably work from home with a dedicated desk space. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will have soft towels of various sizes, down pillows and memory forms, blankets, duvets and fluffy sheets. Beach towels are not provided. N.B. Before check-in, we document the condition of the accommodation, linens, and amenities, as well as the cleanliness, with photographs and a short video. This procedure protects both parties and allows any disputes to be handled transparently. The recordings are kept until your check-out, as disputes submitted later will not allow a proper reconstruction of the facts. There are no recording devices in the house. Inside the apartment you will find many information about the area, useful numbers, suggested restaurants, places to visit and personally welcoming you, I will be at your complete disposal! The apartment is located in a quiet area of the historic center, close to shops and services and is well connected: Rome can be reached in an hour by train. 🚉Train station and bus terminal are only a 10-minute walk away. Upon request, I will have the pleasure of picking you up at the station and taking you to the apartment. 🚗For those arriving by car, I will be able to request the authorization to allow luggage loading and unloading operations. Just let me know your car plate. ⛵ The lake is about 1400 meters away and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or with a public shuttle service with a stop near the house. Don't forget that I've been working with tourists for many years, so I can organize many extra services including transfers to and from the airport/station/port, NCC car rental, guided tours with local guides, food and wine tours, truffle hunting, and much more. Pack your suitcases and immerse yourself in the charm of Bracciano! ⚠️Useful Information: The apartment is in ZTL, a restricted traffic zone where access is not allowed by car. (luggage loading and unloading operations allowed for my guests upon notification to local authorities) The nearest free parking is a 10-minute walk in Piazzale Carlo Cattaneo. You can park in all the blue stripes of Bracciano and pay through the EASY-PAY app or with the TICKET. A paid covered parking lot is a "Park and Wash" (Via Giulio Volpi) a 5-minute walk away 🏰Bracciano The medieval village of Bracciano offers an authentic atmosphere with evocative alleys, typical restaurants, artisanal shops and enchanting corners to discover and the Odescalchi castle dominates the village. The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of the area including boat tours on the lake, tastings of typical dishes in the best local restaurants, visits to the villages of Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano, and hikes in nature to discover enchanting views. You will find a tourist office in the center of Bracciano, where you can have more information about local events and activities. 🏄Sports activities You can practice water sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, on Lake Bracciano. In the house you will find information about the local facilities for rentals and classes. 🐾Pets are allowed upon request, if polite and small! Let me know if you have any questions.
