The space Inside the home there are three bedrooms. Main level private room has queen size bed. There are two loft bedrooms on the 2nd level. One room has two twin beds and the other a queen bed. There are TVs in two bedrooms along with a TV in the main living room. Kitchen amenities include - Keurig, dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove and microwave. Full stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal. There is a pantry for extra storage and a washer and dryer for guest use. Outside patio offers relaxing atmosphere with a hot tub, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and fire pit. Outside there is extra parking for a boat along with an outlet to charge. Electrical cord will be guests responsibility. If you would like to bring an RV for extra room you can add this feature on for an additional fee of $75/day. There is a water/electric hookup. No waste dump. As much as we love furry friends, we will not be allowing them at this property. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and its amenities. Access to the lake will be less than a mile away at Juniper Cove Marina where you can launch your boat or fish off the shore. Accessibility - We have stairs leading up to the home along with stairs inside the home to the second level. If you have a hard time getting around this may not be the best fit to accommodate accessibility. Other things to note Lake Whitney is approximately 40 miles from Waco, 60 miles from Fort Worth and 80 miles from Dallas. Things to Do Nearby: Juniper Cove Marina at Lake Whitney - boat ramp, fishing, and swimming area. Lake Whitney State Park - wildlife, fishing, swimming, boat ramp, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking. McGowan State Park - swimming, hiking, biking, wildlife, horseback riding, boat ramp, fishing, canoeing, kayaking. Lofers Bend Day Use Park- swimming, fishing, boat ramp, hiking, playground, volleyball. Roads - This is a rural lake town and the roads are bumpy driving in. Please be sure to take it easy.
