Brand new house with attached 2 bed unit in modern architectural style as a kiwi classic with comfort, art and all the mod cons provided. Bedrooms and living space have expansive views of lake and mountains, complimented by large outdoor decking to enjoy both early morning sun and late evening sunsets. Situated off Frankton Road for easy access to Frankton, airport and Queenstown and walk to bus route. Owner lives onsite and able to help when needed or provide local assistance. Car parking too! The space This kiwi classic has been designed for holidays in mind. The main bedroom has a king bed and large closet. The bedroom has great views over the lake. The other bedroom has a classic double/single bunk bed also with fantastic views. In the living room, we have a futon, small dining table, smart TV (who has time to watch TV in Queenstown) and heat pump for any cooling or heating needs. The kitchenette is fully stocked for easy meals and light cooking needs. Please make sure to throw on the dishwasher at the end of your stay! Lastly, there is a seperate toilet and bathroom to make it easier to share the space on holiday. The toilet is pretty self explanatory, and the bathroom has a fully tiled shower and washing machine. The best part of the place is the expansive deck with 180 degree views over the lake and mountains that you can chill out on with a good book or take some great sunset photos! Please feel free to ask any questions. Other things to note From your own car park, walk down the stone steps to your own private deck and 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is completely self-contained and you will not be bothered, but owner lives on site to help if anything crops up.
