House61 in the quiet and Mediterranean fishing village of SvetaMarina was built in 2017 and offers you the most modern amenities for a relaxing holiday directly on the Istrian coast. The apartment offers a view of the open sea, the village and the beach. Apartment size approx. 100 sqm, spacious 2 bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a large living/dining area with a spacious kitchen. Covered terrace, access to the garden, parking in front of the house, wall box can be booked optionally The space All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. For the cold winter months, all rooms also have underfloor heating. The bedrooms and bathrooms have insect screens. In the living room there is a smart TV with satellite reception and numerous international programs, apps such as Netflix, PrimeVideo or Disney+ can also be used (access is not offered free of charge). The well-equipped kitchen should leave nothing to be desired, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. Guest access Our guests also have access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. In addition to the apartment key, you will also find a small key for the gate to the basement. Detergent is not provided. We ask that you always empty the water tank (top right) and clean the filters after using the dryer. In the basement you will also find a bucket, shovel and broom. There is also a vacuum cleaner, should you ever need it. There is a "Weber" gas grill at the entrance to the house. This is available to the public. We ask that you clean the grill after use. Please make sure that there is always an aluminum tray next to the gas bottle to catch the grease. We also ask that you do not use the grill under the terrace or on the balconies. Other things to note Unfortunately, we have to ask you to send us the personal details of all your fellow travelers before you arrive. The best thing would be photos of your passports/ID cards. This will allow us to officially register you with the tourism authority.
