Enjoy a private retreat when you stay in this updated 3 bedroom ranch in Miami Township, just 15 min from downtown Dayton, OH (this house is in the northernmost arm of Miami Township, nestled in between West Carrolton, Kettering, and Moraine - but part of West Carrolton City School District). You’ll have the entire house to yourself, along with attached garage and fenced backyard. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry on main floor, spacious living area with a Roku TV, and Wi-Fi. Other things to note Starter supplies of toilet paper, tissues, paper towel, toiletries, and laundry detergent provided. Cleaning supplies are provided. If you are interested in adding on a regular cleaning service during your stay, contact us! The home has central heating and air conditioning, controlled by the thermostat in the hallway. Electricity, water, and gas are included in your stay, but kindly be mindful of your usage. You'll find a washer and dryer available for your use in the house. We have a small starter supply of laundry detergent for your use, but you are responsible for your own detergent. One garage door opener is included in your stay. You'll find it on a shelf in the garage. Don't forget to leave the opener in the house when you check out!
