This splendid building dating back to the early twentieth century has been the subject of a careful restoration that has been able to combine the authenticity of the historic Apulian houses with a typically contemporary style of recovery and decoration, guaranteeing all modern comforts while maintaining the original charm and nature. Linear, warm and elegant decor, with bright and spacious rooms, characterized by typical ceilings with star vaults, all equipped with air conditioning. In the highest part of the building, reachable by an internal masonry staircase a delightful terrace fully equipped with a pergola to enjoy aperitifs outdoors and a beautiful view of the surrounding village. In addition, there is a pleasant outdoor courtyard area on the ground floor, and on the upper floor, a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing at any time on hot summer days. Palazzo Decò spans three levels and offers a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms with shower (plus a service toilet). From the access portal you enter a spacious entrance environment where, on the left, you can access a large double bedroom with bathroom-shower; and on the right you can find another one, more contained in size, but with an original bathroom-shower built inside a circular dome environment, which was originally an ancient bread oven. Both of these bedrooms have windows overlooking the small street overlooking the building. Continuing straight from the entrance, you first meet, on the left, a basement storage room used as a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), while on the right a service toilet. Even further on, you enter a very bright living area, characterized by large windows overlooking the inner courtyard. This beautiful part of the house is divided into two rooms: a pleasant living room with fireplace and wall bookshelf, and on the other side a large, modern equipped kitchen, with eight-seater dining table. From both of these rooms you can exit in the evocative internal courtyard, enclosed by dry stone walls, equipped with tables and outdoor chairs. From the living room, you can access the stairs on the first floor, where there are two other bedrooms: a double bedroom and a double bedroom, both with a balcony, and their own bathroom-shower. From a hallway, you can access a beautiful terrace, set up with garden furniture and an outdoor shower, overlooking the courtyard below. Finally, always continuing through the stairs you reach the last floor (2nd floor), where there is an additional and comfortable terrace, equipped with masonry sofas, pergola, kitchenette and dining table for 6/8 places, where you can dine in the evening breeze overlooking the beautiful historic center of Muro Leccese.
