Unwind in this unique and quiet home in nature reserve near Stockholm. We rent out our guest house with its greenhouse, located in Nacka, close to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cottage is 30 sqm with sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. Sleeping loft with a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs, a sofa and a mattress with sleeping space for one person. Summer time there is possibility for hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, winter time for cross-country and ice skating in the area. The space A large room divided into a kitchenette, dining area and living room. Sleeping loft with room for 2 adults and one child. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for one person. Extra mattress for one person. A storage room with the possibility of clothing and other storage. Toilet. Completely private, covered outdoor shower with hot water. Greenhouse with sofa and chairs. Patio with barbecue grill. Basketball court with a basket (shared). Guest access Whole house except for half the storage room. Private patio with shower in the back. The greenhouse is included in the rental rate.
