Very quiet and well-equipped 2-room apartment to feel good, 50 sqm, with lots of comfort. The space Our non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. The living/dining room has a cozy seating area with a sofa bed, floodlight and reading lamp.  A dining area is available as well as a living room combination, LED TV (101 cm), hi-fi system, radio alarm clock and reading material.  The living room has windows to the east and south, so you can enjoy the sun! The open built-in kitchenette (new in January 2024) is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven with grill, extractor hood, fridge with ****freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hand blender and of course fully furnished. The bedroom  has been newly designed with laminate in 2024. You will find  two  single beds together with adjustable health slatted frames (each 2 m x 0.90 m  made of solid pine wood and new mattresses since 2024), which can also be set up separately. There are also 2 bedside tables with reading lamps as well as a built-in wardrobe and a full-length mirror.   Of course, beds are ready for you as well as shower and hand towels and 2 wool blankets. The bedroom has a window (with blackout roller blind) to the east.  The bathroom  with exterior window is equipped with  toilet, shower, sink and mirror, hairdryer, base cabinet,  shelf and cosmetic mirror. We are also happy to answer questions about shorter stays than specified or general questions at any time. Guest access If we are not traveling ourselves, the washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement with us. A rotary clothesline is available in the garden. The apartment does not have a balcony, but in the garden on a lawn you can relax (and smoke if necessary). Garden furniture is available. You can also rent bicycles from us or store your own in the lockable garden shed. Other things to note We are happy to answer questions about a shorter stay than specified or general questions at any time. One pet is allowed, a second only on request.
