Very quiet and well-equipped 2-room apartment to feel good, 50 square meters, with lots of comfort. The space Our non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate Entrance. The living/dining room has a cozy seating area with sofa bed, floodlight and  reading lamp.  A dining area is available as well as a combined living room, LED TV (101 cm), HiFi system, radio alarm clock and reading material.  The living room has windows to the east and south, so you can enjoy the sun! The open fitted kitchenette (new in January 2024) is equipped with dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven with grill, extractor,  refrigerator with ****freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hand mixer and of course fully furnished. The bedroom  was newly designed with laminate in 2024. You will find  two  single beds with adjustable health slatted frames (each 2 m x 0.90 m  made of solid pine wood and new mattresses since 2024), which  can also be set up separately. There are 2 bedside tables with reading lamps  as well as a  built-in wardrobe and  a full-length mirror.   Of course, beds with covers are ready for you as well as shower and hand towels and 2 wool blankets. The bedroom has a window (with blackout roller blind) to the east.  The bathroom  with outside window is equipped with  toilet, shower, sink and mirror, hair dryer, base cabinet,  shelf and cosmetic mirror. We are also happy to answer any questions about shorter stays than indicated or general questions at any time. Guest access If we have not traveled ourselves, washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement with us, a laundry spider is available in the garden. The apartment does not have a balcony, but in the garden on a sunbathing lawn you are welcome to relax (and smoke if necessary). Garden furniture is provided. You can also rent bicycles from us or store your own in the lockable garden shed.
