Beside El Union and just a few steps to the beach and all the famous coffee shops & bars: GNW, Port San Juan, FLOTSAM etc. This is on the 3rd floor no lift.Published rate is for 4 pax but can go up to 8 pax max. Pls input correct no. of pax & price will change accordingly The space A-Lofts is a japandi tropical inspired new building, it opened just this year january 2024. the Terrace suite is a luxury suite with panoramic jaw dropping views of surf town La Union's 2 best surf spots; "beach break" & "point break" it has high ceilings & interior designed by fashion icon Wanda Louwallien. The Terrace suite boasts of a full kitchen, dining & sala (sofa bed) a den (queen bed) a loft (1 double bed & 1 single bed), a family bathroom, a masters bedroom (queen bed), with ensuite bathroom and a beautiful terrace 💙 IMPT: there is construction ongoing in some parts of the property rest assured we follow a no noise policy from 5pm - 10am. *also pets are on a case to case basis to be discussed. if ever only 1 small well trained fur baby is allowed at 3,000 per night :) plus deposit fee ( to be returned after check out if no damages) :) Guest access the terrace suite is private and accessible only to guests who booked it.
