This home offers dockage for up to a 38' boat, Tiki Bar with flattop grill, sink, mini fridge and microwave as well as fire pit with Adirondack chairs. We provide all linens, a fully stocked kitchen and off street parking. The space You will have access to the 4 Bedroom Home, Tiki Bar, 1 Dock (other boats will be accessed on occasion), Boat Ramp and Yard. Guest access You will have access to the 4 Bedroom Home, Tiki Bar, 1 Dock (other boats will be accessed on occasion), Boat Ramp and Yard. Other things to note This property includes the 4 bedroom home, a 1 bedroom apartment (separate building that is rented on an annual basis), storage barn, tiki bar, boat ramp and multiple docks that will be accessed by others on occasion. You will have access to the 4 bedroom home, yard, tiki bar, waterfront area and 1 dock that will accommodate up to a 38' boat. You will have parking for up to 3 cars. We are local and are available for anything you may need.
