Mare is a simple, caiçara-style house, great for families looking for good value for money. Our little village is fenced and has a shared entrance between guests. We have private parking on the property. Your spot will be guaranteed! Guest access It is possible to reach the property by car, a differential in Picinguaba, where most of the houses are on the hill with access only on foot. In addition, we have private parking with access to the house. Your spot will be guaranteed! Other things to note Pets: We only accept small and medium-sized pets with up-to-date vaccines and protection against fleas and ticks. Picinguaba: Picinguaba is a preserved place in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, within the Serra do Mar State Park. Quiet and familiar, the village keeps the Caiçara culture alive, with local artisanal fishing. The beaches are calm and perfect for swimming and activities such as snorkeling, kayaking and stand-up. You can also visit the lush Praia da Fazenda, ideal for surfing, or embark on tours to the famous Ilha das Couves! Services: The village offers a small market with basic items, cold cuts and French bread every morning, a fresh produce market on Sundays and good restaurant options for lunch. For dinner, some days of the week there are open and delivery options. Although it has no pharmacies or large supermarkets, Picinguaba is 40 km from Ubatuba and 37 km from Paraty, cities with complete infrastructure.
