Welcome to Refuge d'Azay, a warm house located in a peaceful hamlet of Azay-sur-Cher. Designed to combine comfort and authenticity, it has a friendly living room with wood-burning stove and television, a renovated and well-equipped kitchen, as well as two comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a private and fully fenced yard, with a parking space for two vehicles. The space You will enjoy a spacious living room open to the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, etc.) and the living room hosting a wood stove that brings a warm and cozy atmosphere. 🚿 1 Bathroom: Enjoy a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine at your disposal. 🛏️ Two bedrooms upstairs, with storage: - A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed - A bedroom with a 160 cm king size bed You can enjoy a pleasant outdoor area equipped with garden chairs, a friendly dining table and a barbecue (charcoal not included) for your outdoor meals. Free WiFi Bed and bath linens are provided. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon arrival. A crib can be provided. 🚗 Access and parking: A closed courtyard is at your disposal, where you can safely park up to two vehicles. Ideal 📍 location: The house is located close to amenities, with a supermarket just a 5-minute drive away. You will also be at the heart of the major tourist attractions of the region: - 15 minutes from the Aquarium of Touraine, - 25 minutes from the castles of Amboise and Chenonceau, as well as the city of Tours, - 1 hour from ZooParc de Beauval and Futuroscope. Bike lovers will appreciate the immediate proximity of the Cher à Vélo circuit. This retreat combines charm, comfort and a perfect location! Extra: we deliver your groceries directly to your fridge on request! Other things to note 🐾 About animals Even though we love animals, unfortunately we can't host them in this house. The reason?
